UPS Employment Open House Nov. 5
United Parcel Service will host a one day employment open house at the Lorraine H. Morton Civic Center, 2100 Ridge Ave. During the open house, UPS will be accepting applications for part-time seasonal driver helpers.
Requirements are: applicatns must be at least 18 years old, be able to lift up to 70 lbs., and must be able to work daytime hours. No driving required. $9.50 per hour.
The open house will be in room 2404, second floor of the Civic Center from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Thursday, November 5, 2009. Sponsored by UPS, the City of Evanston and the Summer Youth Employment Program.
