Newsy Items on the November 9th City Council Agenda

Before the meeting at 8:10 PM, the City will be holding a ceremony to dedicate the Civic Center after Mayor Morton and to unveil new sign out front.

1.  I am presenting a report on my first 90 days.  Report can be found here (PDF).

2.  Council will be discussing its goal in area of affordable housing.  The Council’s Planning and Development Committee will be receiving the draft report of the Affordable Task Force report (PDF Pages 243-280) earlier in the evening.

3.  Approval of 2009 City tax levys.  Recommending no change in the rate. Details (PDF)
