1.  Recognition of  Illinois State Senator Jeff Schoenberg with a special award recognizing his efforts on behalf of Evanston.

2.  Recognition of Northwestern University football team and wish them well in their travels to Tampa to play in the Outback Bowl.

3.  Discussion of Council goal on Police and Fire Pension Funding.

4.  Approval of Closure of Downtown II Tax Increment Finance District.  Staff Report (PDF)

5.  Consider new lease for cell tower site at Civic Center.  Council asked us to find a consultant to advise on lease pricing.  Consultant report says (PDF) we did pretty well on our own. 

6.  Consider proposed amendment to Green Building Ordinance pertaining to building renovations.  See report and draft ordinance (PDF).
