Oral Health Consortium

We are creating  an Oral Health Consortium  (OHC) to address clinical oral health services for pediatric patients in Evanston. We are seeking input from Evanston's dental  providers, foundations, non-for profit organizations  and residents on how to sustain dental services in this community.
