1.  Consideration of construction contract for new roof on Civic Center (staff report - PDF).

2.  Consideration of contract for Federal Legislative Advocacy Services (staff report - PDF).

3.  Consideration of approval of sidewalk cafe at Las Palmas Restaurant.  This was conditional approved last year for Summer/Fall only.  This is now back to the Council for consideration of permanent use of sidewalk for dining (staff report - PDF).
