Former 5th Ward Alderman Mayme Finley Spencer Dies

The City received word today that former Alderman Mayme Finley Spencer died at age 90.  In looking for a photo of her on the Internet, I found an interesting seven minute video of her talking about her life done by her grandson in 2006:
