I had the pleasure of joining Mayor Tisdahl and Aldermen Holmes. Wilson and Grover yesterday at the Illinois Supreme Court in Chicago to witness Lionel Jean-Baptiste's swearing in ceremony as a new Cook County Circuit Court Judge.  Supreme Court Justice Charles Freeman presided at the ceremony which was attended by Judge Jean-Baptiste's extended family and friends.
