1. Appointment of Peter Braithwaite as Second Ward Alderman

2. Report on Blizzard Response under City Manager Presentations. Employees who worked on the effort will be recognized at the Administration and Public Works Committee meeting.

3. Consideration of bid to replace back stairs to Civic Center. The project also includes areas leading to stairs in effort to improve drainage issues.

4. Consideration of  Change Order #1 for Groot Yard Waste Contract. The change is required because of the actual mix of residents using carts for yard waste is different than using bags.  The increased cost will be absorbed in FY 2012 by other efficiencies in the Solid Waste Fund and will have no impact on rates this year.

5.  Consideration of Change Order for Police Firing Range.  Changes incorporate better bullet trap, needed improvements in air handling system and additional reinforcement of sidewall construction.

6.  Consideration of Plat of Subdivision for Former Kendall College Site.

7.  Consideration of Revisions to Tree Preservation Ordinance.

8.  Consideration of appointments to new Lakefront Committee, West Oakton Development Committee and Mayor's Wind Farm Committee.
