No Planning and Development Committee Meeting. Full City Council meeting is scheduled to begin at 7:15 PM.

1. Community and Economic Development Committee staff will give an update on NSP 2 and other affordable housing initiatives.

2.  Review of plan for three year schedule for public elm tree injection program. This is follow up from direction during FY 2011 budget deliberations.

3.  Consideration of subdivision of former Kendall College site.  Staff expects that the City Council will take final action on this matter Monday.

4.  Consideration of schedule of City Council members serving as Mayor Pro Tem for remainder of 78th City Council term.  The Mayor Pro Tem serves in place of Mayor in any Mayoral absence.

5.  Consideration of release of minutes from 108 City Council executive sessions held between 2000 and 2010.  The City has been significantly behind in the release of these minutes.  The approval of the release of these minutes bring the schedule of release of Executive Session minutes much more up to date.
