1.  Consideration of new two year, eight month contract to operate City parking garages.

2.  Consideration of the first of multiple revisions to the Evanston City Code.  The Law Department has done a beginning to end review of the City Code and will be bringing revisions to the Code by Title over the next several months.  These first revisions include changes to the General Administration, Boards and Commissions and Administrative Adjudication sections of the Code.  A summary of these first revisions can be found here and the complete revisions here.

3.  Consideration of Planned Development proposed at 1915-1919 Grey Avenue.

4.  Consideration of amendments to the City's Green Building Ordinance revising the Evanston Sustainability Building Measures for Interior Renovations (ESBMIR).  This is the list of improvements that can be used to meet the Ordinance standards for interior renovation.  The City Council asked that staff and interested community members work on this list and this new list is the product of their efforts. 

5.  Consideration of amendments to the City's Farmers Market Ordinance.  Included in the materials is additional information on the City's Health Permit processes for inspecting farmers markets.
