1.  Discussion of Exploration of Alternate Property Uses /Alternate Provision of Services: Chandler-Newberger Community Center, Noyes Cultural Arts Center and Harley Clarke Mansion (Evanston Arts Center)

2.  Consideration of purchase of animal control vehicle from Village of Wilmette.  This purchase would be for cash only and would not involve any consideration for provision of animal control services by Evanston for Wilmette.  Those discussions are continuing with Wilmette separately.

3.  Consideration of issuance of 2011 General Obligation Bonds.

4.  Consideration of issuance of revenue bonds for Roycemore School.  The City serves as a conduit for the issuance of the bonds. The City will not incur a liability to repay this debt in the event of a default by Roycemore. This debt does not appear in the City’s financial balance sheet, but does appear as a note in our financial statements.

5.  Approval of final 2012 Vehicle Sticker Design.

6.  The Planning and Development Committee will discuss Potential Amendments to the Zoning Ordinance Regarding Home Based Business Regulations
