City Council meets at 5:00 PM for Executive Session. Administration & Public Works Committee (A&PW) begins at regular 5:45 PM time. No Planning and Development Committee. City Council will begin at 7:15 PM or immediately following A&PW. Newsy Items: 1. Purchase of two license plate recognition systems per previous Council discussion. 2.
