A new district has formed in what began as Evanston’s historic industrial corridor, which cuts through most of west Evanston and was once home heavy manufacturing and the Mayfair rail spur line. Today, branded as Evanston WestEnd, this business community is working together to create a unifying identity for a district that is unique to Evanston in both its physical form and diversity of uses.

Where is Evanston WestEnd?

Evanston WestEnd is situated in west central Evanston, generally bounded on the north and south by Greenwood and Main Streets and on the east and west by Dodge and Pitner Avenues. Most of this area is included in the West Evanston Tax Increment Financing (TIF) District #6.
