Graffiti Removal Liability Waiver
Evanston community members can report graffiti by calling the hotline number, 847.448.8021. The City of Evanston Division of Property Standards will assist community members who have been vandalized by graffiti "artists" with either free removal or by providing free clean-up supplies.
