Adaptive Devices (TTY: 847.448.8052)
This program offers assistance to people with disabilities by providing adaptive devices for making their housing situations more accessible. This option is a practical solution that enables tenants or homeowners to gain a greater independence. Items such as grab bars for the bathroom or a raised toilet seat can make a big difference for those that may suffer with mobility limitations.
