CHILDREN'S DENTAL CLINIC
Monday through Thursday, 8:30am to 12pm; 1:30 to 5pm, BY APPOINTMENT ONLY
- Established in 1967 for children pre-school through 12th grade (high school senior). Services include: dental examinations, cleanings, fluoride treatments, dental sealant, restorations, minor surgical procedures, dental x-rays, root canal therapy, dental health education and emergency care.
- Evanston residency and income within eligibility guidelines are required. Call for details.
- Cost: Sliding scale fees apply. All Kids / Medicaid is accepted.
