Visit the City Collector’s Office at the Civic Center, 2100 Ridge Avenue in Evanston, Illinois. Office Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm
Submit Findings, Decision & Order form with payment.
Drop-Box payment
Drop-Box payement is available in the back of Civic Center, for 24-hour deposits of payments. DO NOT USE CASH

To Pay By Phone:
Call City Collector’s Office at (847)866-2926 to pay by phone. Visa, MasterCard, and Discover are accepted.
Please have ticket/docket number available.
PAYMENTS OF AMOUNT OWED IN FULL WILL ELIMINATE LIABILITY
Five (5) or more unpaid citations may result in booting of any vehicle registered to you. Ten (10) or more unpaid citations will result in suspension of driver’s license.
