CONTEST YOUR PARKING TICKET ONLINE
The Contest Parking Ticket Application is currently unavailable while the City of Evanston implements a new parking citation tracking initiative. In the meantime, please consider either scheduling an in-person hearing by calling the citation line at 1-888-232-9326 or requesting a written hearing by completing the section on the citation with your name, address and phone number, submitting a signed statement of relevant facts and provide all evidence necessary to support your case. Please mail this information to the Hearings Division, 2100 Ridge Avenue, Room 2700, Evanston, IL 60201. We apologize for the inconvenience and are working towards the online contest system being restored as soon as possible.
You have 10 days from the date of the citation issuance to contest your parking ticket. If you contest your parking ticket within 10 days no penalties will be assessed while your case is awaiting review. You will be notified of the Administrative Law Judge’s decision by e-mail within three weeks. Notice of Summons may not be contested online.
