Two good-sized studios are available for rent, one on the second floor and one in the basement. The studios are open until filled. The mission of the Noyes Cultural Arts Center is to provide long-term and short-term work and exhibition space to artists and arts organizations representing all disciplines, cultures, and stages of development. Noyes Cultural Arts Center is the home of the City of Evanston's Cultural Arts Division, which manages major art festivals, art camps, Arts + Humanities Month and the Cultural Fund Grant Program.
The historic building is also home to many arts organizations and artists including:

- Light Opera Works
- Next Theatre Company
- Halstead School of Portrait and Figure Art
There is a full stage at the Noyes Cultural Arts Center that seats 190 people and two galleries. The galleries exhibit local artists, with exhibitions changing every two months.
