ALLEY SPEED BUMP PROGRAM
According to current City policy, speed bumps in the alley may be installed at no cost to the adjacent residents or property owners.
Requirements
- The alley must be paved or scheduled to be paved.
- A petition must be signed by at least 2/3 of the residents living adjacent to the alley. For condominiums and rental properties, one letter of approval from the condominium association or management firm is sufficient.
A filed petition will be subject to review. Speed bumps will not be installed if there is not sufficient support.
