Sewer Rate Study
City Council introduced and approved Ordinance 94-O-05 in August 2005 which eliminated a previously scheduled sewer rate increase, saving the rate payers over $800,000 annually, and delayed the consideration of a change in the sewer rate design until the water rate portion of the study is completed fall 2005.
The Sewer Rate Study and Financial Forecast, completed by consultant Virchow, Krause & Co., LLP., was the basis for the passage of this ordinance.
