Arts Week Evanston Opening Night Event

A fun, arty kick-off for Arts Week!
Painter, sculptor and puppetmaster Michael Montenegro will create an as-of-yet untitled puppet and perform for 10-15 minutes. The puppet piece will also be showcased at Navy Pier.
Northwestern University Radio Drama (N.U.R.D.) will perform an original skit especially for Arts Week. N.U.R.D. is a weekly radio show on 89.3 FM WNUR every Sunday afternoon. The Dolphin Show, America's largest student-produced musical and a Northwestern tradition, will present two performances: Over The Rainbow, performed by Jessica McKenna and If I Only Had A Brain, performed by James Daniel. In addition, Noyes Cultural Arts Center staff member Stephen on Sitar will perform twice.
