Enjoy the bounty of Midwest farmers every Saturday throughout the summer. For over 30 years, the Evanston Farmers' Market has been a crowd-pleaser with 30+ vendors of fruit, vegetables, meat, flowers, cheese and bakery items.
Free parking is available in the Maple Avenue Parking Garage.

Staff will be on hand with sports contests, art activities, and a display of watercraft that includes an 18-foot ORK.
Free ongoing activities and demonstrations. Learn sailboat rigging or try to stump the City’s Arborist with your questions. Discover how to make compost in a bucket, hear a preview of the entertainment lineup for the 2008 Starlight Concert Series or have a close encounter with one of the Ecology Center’s friendly resident critters. With face painting, hockey puck shooting and tennis
instruction, there will be free activities for
all, including a raffle held every 30 minutes. To save residents a trip to the Civic Center, beach tokens will be on sale at the reduced preseason price and residents will also be able to sign up for the City’s private Elm Tree insurance program.
