A. 1045 Sherman Avenue ZBA 11ZMJV-0013
Susan Randhava, property owner, applies for major zoning relief to construct a second story addition. The applicant requests a front yard setback of 9.8’ where 27’ is required (Zoning Code Section 6-8-4-7A 1), a street side yard setback of 8.5’ where 15’ is
required (Zoning Code Section 6-8-4-7A 2), and a 3.5’ setback from the interior south
property line where 5’ is required (6-8-4-7 A 3). The Zoning Board of Appeals is the
determining body for this case.

B. 1905 Grant Street ZBA 11ZMJV-0050
Gion Mathias Schelbert and Amy Cummings, property owners, apply for major zoning relief to install an a/c condensing unit in the interior (west) side yard. The applicant requests a west property line (interior yard) setback of 2’ where 10’ is required (Zoning Code Section 6-4-6-9 B #3). The Zoning Board of Appeals is the determining body for this case.

A. Consideration to approve proposed 2012 calendar for ZBA Hearings.
