Festivals & Concerts
The City of Evanston's Cultural Arts Division staff manages two of the City's most popular summer festivals: the Evanston Lakeshore Arts Festival and the Evanston Ethnic Arts Festival. The parks are busy all summer with the 16 free Starlight Concert Series held at various parks on select Tuesdays and Thursdays plus eight free "Starlight Movies in the Park" on select Wednesdays and Saturdays.
