Festivals & Concerts
The City of Evanston's Cultural Arts Division staff manages two of the City's most popular summer festivals: the Evanston Lakeshore Arts Festival and the Evanston Ethnic Arts Festival, as well as the 16 free Starlight Concert Series held at various parks every summer. New this summer! There will be eight free "Starlight Movies in the Park" from August 10-Sept. 10 on select dates. BackStage Evanston, the festival that showcases Evanston's performing arts groups, has become an annual event.
