Free entertainment in this parks this summer!

Starlight Concert 200.pngStarlight Concerts are over for the 2016 season. Performing artist applications are open here until March 31, 2017. 

The 2016 Starlight Concert Series will feature 8 free outdoor concerts at several park locations throughout Evanston. Concerts are presented by the City of Evanston Parks, Recreation and Community Services Department.

All Tuesday Starlight concerts take place from 7-8:30 p.m.
The rain site is the Levy Center, 300 Dodge Ave.  

On July12, join us for the Food Truck Festival at Brummel Park. Amanacer Tacos, Babycakes,Cheesie's, Chicago Cupcake, Chicago Pizza Boss, Grill Chasers, Happy Lobster Truck, Pierogi Wagon, Piko Street Kitchen, and Tamale Spaceship  will be selling their delicious treats!

Evanston Starlight Concerts are presented by the City of Evanston’s Parks, Recreation and Community Services Department and are partially supported by a grant from the Illinois Arts Council, a state agency.

Movies will be shown on select evenings at dusk. Admission is free. Movies are cancelled in inclement weather (except July 21 movie; see below).

Time: Community members can arrive as early as 5:30 p.m. to catch Pokémon within Ryan Field; movie begins at 7 p.m.
Location: Ryan Field, 1501 Central St.
Rain location: Welsh-Ryan Arena (north of Ryan Field)
FREE admission and parking

In the event of inclement weather for concerts, rain site updates will be available after 4:30 p.m. on the show date by calling 847-448-8058 (24/7) or 847-448-4311 (until 7 p.m.).
