QUICK GUIDE TO ONLINE WATER BILL PAYMENTS

Here are the steps to sign up for online payments

1. Have available a copy of your current bill and your bank or credit card information. Sign into: https://www.cityofevanston.org/ebill/login.asp
2. Click on register here and enter all required information.  A password will be emailed to you.
3. Login with your email address or account number and password.  Now you can view your bills or payments.
4. Click on “Make a Payment”:
   • For single (one time) payments, click on “Pay your bill now” and enter your credit card or checking account number and submit.
   • For automatic (recurring) payments, click on “Register for automatic payments.”
5. You will be directed to the customer dashboard and will need to register, so click on “sign up now” at this site with your name, email, and password.
6. Login again here.
7. At the dashboard, add your account, make a single payment, and then schedule your payments for future bill.
8. Log out.
