The City of Evanston is in the process of an urban design and streetscape study for the Central Street Corridor. We have hired The Lakota Group, assisted by Gewalt Hamilton Associates and Infrastructure Engineering, to help guide the process. The product - a corridor plan and conceptual streetscape design - will be used by the City to help guide development along Central Street. All community residents, leaders, and business/property owners are encouraged to participate in the process and give us your ideas for improvements and development.
