Water Rates: Minimum Charge every two months based upon water meter size as follows: 5/8” & ¾” $5.40 1” $10.80 1 ½” $20.20 2” $31.80 3” $56.00 4” $89.70 6” $158.20 8” $267.80
The minimum service charge includes the first five hundred cubic (500 cu.ft.) of water consumed. $1.52 per 100 cubic feet of usage over minimum.
Sanitation Service Charge Fee:
Each additional roll-out refuse cart purchased will require the payment of a monthly fee of $2.50 |

Past Due Charges & Shut-Off Procedures
A 10% Penalty will be applied to water, sewer and recycling charges when payment has not been received by 5:00 p.m. on the due date. Service will be discontinued if the bill remains unpaid for
more than 30 days after the due date shown on the statement. Service will not be resumed until all arrears plus an additional charge of $15.00 have been paid. A $20.00 charge applies if water is
turned on after hours. The City assumes no responsibility for what may happen on the premises as a result of the water being turned off.
High Water Bill
In most instances, higher than normal water usage is caused by undetected leaks in the flush tank of the toilets, as these are not visible to the homeowner. We suggest you check your flush tanks
periodically.
