The draft Evanston Climate Action Plan (ECAP) contains over 200 strategies for reducing Evanston’s greenhouse gas emissions. It was created through a unique collaboration between the City of Evanston, the Network for Evanston's Future and community volunteers.
The draft ECAP was presented for the first time to the community on May 4th at the 5th Annual Evanston Earth Month Event, Creating a Climate for Change: Presenting Evanston's Climate Action Plan, sponsored by the Network for Evanston’s Future, and co-sponsored by the City of Evanston.
The draft ECAP (recommendations only) is available online for community review until June 1, 2008. Email feedback on the ECAP to sustainability@cityofevanston.org
