Strategic planning determines where your organization should be going so that all organizational efforts can be pointed in that direction.
What is a Strategic Plan?
A strategic plan is a framework for carrying out strategic thinking, direction, and action leading to the achievement of consistent and planned results. The plan is comprised of the following key sections:
- Mission
- Analysis of current state
- Identification of future state
- Strategies and goals to achieve future state
- Financial projections
- Implementation and action plans
- Linkage and review procedures and processes
