BOARD OF LOCAL IMPROVEMENTS

PURPOSE: To make public works infrastructure improvements through special assessment process.  Petitions for any local improvement should be addressed to the Board. (1-O-11) (65 ILCS 5/9-2-1, et seg., as amended)

# OF MEMBERS: Six (6) members.

QUALIFICATIONS: Members of the Board shall consist of the Director of Public Works, Superintendent of Streets & Sanitation, Director of Utilities, Superintendent of Special Assessments (appointed by City Manager), the City Engineer and the City Clerk.

TERM: None

MEETING DATE: 2nd Monday of each month at 2:00 P.M.

PLACE: Lorraine H. Morton Civic Center – Room 3650
