PURPOSE: To investigate and review all applications and recommend licenses and renewals of liquor licenses in Evanston (108-0-71; 8-0-84)(235 ILCS 5/4-2).

# OF MEMBERS: Five (5) members. Determined by Liquor Commissioner

QUALIFICATIONS: Mayor serves as the Liquor Commissioner, and Chair. Members must be an Evanston resident.

TERM: Unlimited.
