PROPERTY SERVICES BOARD
PURPOSE: The Board will perform duties and responsibilities of the ICC 2003 International Property Code with amendments Appeals Board; will perform the duties of the ICC 2003 National Building Code Appeals Board; will perform the duties of the Burglary Prevention Appeals Board; will decide appeals with respect to any action or failure to act pertaining to the enforcement of Title 4 chapter 10. (21-O-93).
MEMBERS: (7) One member shall be a representative from the Evanston Property Owners Committee. One member shall be a representative from the Residential Crime Prevention Association. The five remaining
members shall be either licensed engineers, architects, builders or superintendents of building construction, with at least ten years experience.
TERM: Three years
MEETING DATE: As needed
PLACE: Civic Center
