Jane Grover
Alderman Grover is married to Bill Blanchard and they have three children, Dylan, Jack and Joe. She has lived in Evanston since 1994.
She served on the Evanston Mental Health Board and the Evanston Community Foundation. She is a graduate of the Citizens Police Academy and also was the Assistant Director for Leadership Evanston.
Alderman Grover received her A.B. (Artium Baccalaureatus) degree from the University of Michigan. She later earned her Juris Doctorate from Georgetown University Law Center and her Masters of Science in Foreign Service (MSFS) from Georgetown University.
