Duties
The purpose of this Committee is to address matters relating to the Division of Budget and the preparation of the annual City budget, including: review of the City’s budget policy, prioritization and funding of capital improvements, evaluation of department programs and a review of their service levels, change of the City fiscal year, and the feasibility of converting to a biennial budget cycle.
