Homeless Task Force
Heading Home: Working to End Homelessness; A Five-Year Plan for the City of Evanston, IL
PURPOSE:
The Task Force will be responsible for developing a plan to address homelessness in Evanston to present to the City Council for approval and adoption. The plan will contain the elements that will outline strategies to address and prevent homelessness through a community wide effort using both private and public channels.
