Next Meeting January 19, 2012
The Food Safety Work Group had its first meeting September 22, 2011 and is made up of the City of Evanston's Health Department and the more than 400 Licensed Food Establishments in Evanston. The goals of the group are to:

Improve Food Safety

Establish partnerships and mentoring opportunities

Establish an online resource for manager and owners of Food Establishments

Better understand the regulations establishments have to follow
