Family Campfires with a Nature Theme Starts May 21
Join the Ecology Center staff for fun-filled evenings for anyone age 2 and up. The campfires will include stories, songs and, of course, the ever-popular s’mores!
The fun goes from 7-8 p.m. on Friday and Saturday nights, May 21-22 and June 4-5. The nature theme in May will be flightless birds and, in June, snakes.
The campfires are held in the Council Ring at Grosse Point Lighthouse, which is located behind the Evanston Art Center, 2603 Sheridan Rd., Evanston. The cost is $4 per person per session.
Space is limited; preregistration is required by phone or in person at the Ecology Center, 2024 McCormick Blvd., 847/448-8256.
