20th Anniversary Celebration of the ADA - July 28 & 29
Evanston and Skokie are joining forces to celebrate the passage of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Join us for an art display and film from 7-9pm on Wed., July 28 at the Skokie Public Library, 5215 Oakton St., Skokie. A conference about disability issues and a roundtable about how to increase employment opportunities for people with disabilities in the private sector takes place from 1-4pm on Thurs., July 29. The conference will be held at the Levy Senior Center, 300 Dodge, Evanston. Both sites are accessible for persons with disabilities. 847/448-8054 or 847/933-8208.
