Water Main Break on Oakton St- Street Closed between Dodge & Grey for Repairs
Oakton St. between Dodge Ave. and Grey Ave. has been closed to traffic in both east and west directions for the repair of a water main break.
The closure will begin at 7:30 p.m. tonight and last for approximately four hours or until further notice.
There is already in place a modified traffic pattern on Oakton Ave. due to scheduled water main replacement construction work. The water main break was not the result of the construction work. Although the reason for the underlying replacement work is due to such water line breaks as the one that occurred today.
