Temporary Davis St. Closure: Sept. 20-22
For approximately three days, Power Construction will be temporarily closing Davis Street, west bound, from Judson Avenue to Hinman Avenue, while completing equipment mobilization and setup of a tower crane for its work on the second phase of its project at The Mather, located at 450 Davis Street. The setup of the tower crane requires the entire width of the street for the set-up of the tower crane.
In addition, the one-way north exit of the alley (between Hinman & Judson Avenues) onto Davis Street will be closed during the temporary closure of Davis Street. The south alley entrance off of Grove Street will remain accessible to all vehicular
traffic.
The map, click here, illustrates the specific location of the street closure and detour routes available for local traffic. The temporary Davis Street closure will begin Monday, September 20th, 2010, and is expected to be completed by Wednesday, September 22nd, 2010.
CONTRACTOR
The contractor managing the temporary street closure and equipment mobilization is Power Construction Company, LLC located at 2360 Palmer Drive, Schaumburg, Illinois 60173.
CONTRACTOR SUPERVISION
The project is under the supervision of Power Construction for Mather LifeWays.
