Volunteer for Bike the Ridge Oct. 3
Sunday, October 3, 2010 is the Annual Bike the Ridge ride and the City of Evanston is looking for volunteers to help out for that day. 
Bikes are not normally allowed on Ridge Avenue at any other time, so come out and volunteer to help make this City sponsored event a success and enjoyable day for the whole community.
The ride will take place between 9:00 a.m. and Noon. However, Ridge Avenue will be closed to ALL vehicular traffic from Howard to Church Streets from one hour before the ride until one hour after the ride’s end (closed 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.).
