The Winter 2010-11 Recreation & Arts Activities Guide was delivered to the Evanston post office on Friday, November 12. It should reach mailboxes in ZIP codes 60201 and 60202 this week. Nonresidents may pick up a copy at the Morton Civic Center or a recreation facility.
