Public Comment:
A resident spoke against the change of religious institutions from a permitted use to a special use because of the unknown impact of such change and possible exclusion of religious organizations in Evanston.
A resident spoke on the value that religious institutions bring to Evanston which bring people into Evanston and contribute to the City’s strong social fabric.
A resident spoke in favor of allowing a special use for the Adult Day Care facility proposed in the downtown business district.
