Second Bid Package for NSP2 Rehab Work to be Released
The second bid package for the Neighborhood Stabilization Program 2 (NSP2) rehabilitation work is expected to be released on Friday, February 4th at 10 a.m. Bid packages will be available for pick-up through Friday, February 11th in Room 3107 of the Lorraine H. Morton Civic Center at 2100 Ridge Ave. Bids will be due by noon on Friday, March 4th.
Inspections of the properties will occur on Wednesday, February 9th and February 16th. A detailed schedule will be included in the bid package. Inspections will be mandatory for bid consideration.
The pre-bid conference will be held Friday, February 11th at 9:30 a.m. in the Parasol Room (4th Floor) of the Civic Center. Attendance is not mandatory.
