1.  Farewell to Alderman Jean-Baptiste as he leaves to become a Cook County Circuit Court Judge

2.  Consideration of new City policy on sponsorship and advertising and consideration of RFP for a pilot program for an advertising on City property.  The City is beginning a process of being more aggressive in bringing in non-tax revenue to support City services.  These items are among the first in this new effort.  The pilot advertising project would include locations at the Lakefront and in the Downtown.

3.  Consideration of ordinance that would amend our rules on leaf blowers to include both electric and gas powered leaf blowers in sections on prohibitions at certain times.

4.  Consideration of ordinance that would make changes in the City's Police and Fire civil service examinations.  The ordinance would grant two preference points for Evanston residents in Firefighter civil service examinations, allow City to charge a small fee for all takers of civil service examinations and reduce the applicant age to 20 from 21 for Police and Fire applicants.

5.  Consideration of Kendall College Plat Subdivision Map and accepting dedication of public alley within subdivision.

6.  Further consideration to changes to the City's Green Building Ordinance.  Staff is presenting a revised amended ordinance that addresses an alternate method for projects between 10,000 and 20,000 square feet only.  Otherwise, all projects greater than 20,000 square feet would still be required to achieve LEED Silver status.
