Auditions for Evanston Idol April 23 & 30
Evanston Community Television is looking for talented people to audition for the Fourth Annual Evanston Idol; all performing artists are welcome. Auditions will be held April 23rd and 30th from 11 a.m. until 5 p.m. at ECTV located at 1285 Hartrey Ave.
Evanston Idol will be broadcast live on May 21 on Comcast Channel 6, AT&T and streamed live at www.ectv.com.
Great prizes include the following:
- ECTV will produce a DVD video for the winner;
- The Evanston Idol winner will make an appearance in Evanston's 4th of July Parade;
- MusicQuest will assist the winner in preparing an electronic press kit that they will circulate to their music industry contacts; and
- All finalists will perform on Saturday, June 18 at Evanston's Custer St. Art Fair.
