Fitness Room Open House on April 30
Fleetwood-Jourdain Community Center is hosting a day of fitness and fun from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 30. The Open House is open to those age 13 and older.
There will be ongoing tours of the Fitness Room, ongoing circuit training and free fitness classes. In addition, representatives from Chiro One Wellness Center will discuss ways to relieve suffering from common health conditions from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
