City Council Actions - July 11, 2011
* Directed the City Manager to take no further action to explore alternate uses/partnerships for the Chandler Newberger Community center.
* Directed the City Manager to continue investigating alternate uses/partnerships for operation of the Noyes Cultural Arts Center and the Harley Clarke Mansion, current home of the Evanston Arts Center. The City Council made clear it does not plan to close the Noyes Center.
